1 pound of wet stockfish
1 pound of peeled potatoes
1 cup oil
1 small clove of garlic
toasted pine nuts
olives
Parsley
Milk, salt, pepper

Preparation:
Chop the potatoes and boil. Clean the cod remove the skin and any bones and cut into large pieces
Toasted pine nuts in a frying pan and then add the floured cod pieces and cook with extra virgin olive oil and a clove of garlic for about 10 minutes until it is golden.
Add the potatoes previously boiled and scrambled.
Now cover the verything with milk and cook until the milk will not be consumed but still dense.
Finally add the olives and parsley
